The company's primary challenge was managing online orders, as most came through the WooCommerce platform and needed to be efficiently processed in Odoo. This required a seamless connection between the two systems to handle order and product synchronization effectively. They also needed a solution for multiple product barcodes, as the existing Odoo system did not support this functionality.
Our solutions
We integrated WooCommerce with Odoo through custom modules, streamlining the entire online order management process. To tackle the challenge of multiple barcodes, we implemented a multi-barcode module that enables users to add and search products using different barcodes. This improvement made product lookup faster and more flexible across sales orders, point of sale (POS), and stock transfers.
