Solución: Se le ha implementado Odoo SH se ha sincronizado con su shopify, integrando las ventas, compras, inventario y contabilidad y seguimiento de envíos. De este modo pueden tenerlo todo sincronizado y con trazabilidad que necesitaban.
Resultado: La compañía ha conseguido tener todo centralizado con Odoo por la sincronización de su shopify. Consiguiendo tener esa trazabilidad que necesitaban desde que reciben la mercancía sumado a su inventario de almacén, gestionando pedidos, ventas y seguimiento de envíos hasta la recepción del cliente por el pedido y emisión de factura.

We implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP system to optimize inventory management, customer interactions, and sales processes. To enhance the dining experience, we introduced a tablet-based order system for waiters. When waiters take orders at the tables, the details are instantly sent to the kitchen, allowing the kitchen staff to begin preparing dishes without delay. This system ensures accuracy, reduces order mistakes, and improves the overall speed of service. The integrated Odoo solution also allowed for seamless management of sales, inventory, and customer service, ensuring smoother operations and better customer satisfaction.
