Global Appraisal Tech (GAT) is one of Egypt’s top real estate, machinery, and equipment appraisal companies, headquartered in Cairo, with branches in Alexandria, Aswan, Sohag, the Red Sea, Sinai, and the North Coast.

GAT’s team consists of 25 fully qualified appraisal professionals, capable of delivering comprehensive valuation services across the country. The company is licensed and accredited by the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) and the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE). GAT is also an accredited member of the Egyptian Association of Real Estate Appraisers (EAREA) (License No. 60), which is officially affiliated with the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).

Notably, GAT is the only valuation firm in Egypt holding all three official national licenses for:

  2. Machinery and Equipment Appraisals

  3. Financial Valuations

Additionally, GAT’s sister company, Global for Auctions and Real Estate Marketing, holds an official license (#625) from the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade (MSIT) to conduct nationwide auction brokerage services.

In 2016 alone, GAT appraised assets exceeding EGP 1.5 trillion in value for over 476 clients, including leading financial consultants such as Deloitte, Ernst & Young, JLL, KPMG, Grant Thornton, and others.

GAT proudly ranks as the official #1 winner of the national bid to mass appraise over 460 million square meters of the Suez Canal Industrial Zone, covering four major industrial cities and six ports—a national-scale project completed over 26 weeks.

GAT is also honored to serve as the chosen appraisers for Egypt’s two largest national factories: The Egyptian Steel Company in Helwan and the Aluminum Company in Nag Hammadi. Their portfolio includes valuations for some of Egypt’s most significant projects, including resorts, hotels, residential compounds, retail malls, schools, universities, and numerous bank collateral assets.
