Odoo transformed Nyungwe Top View Hotel’s operations by replacing a fragmented Excel-based system with an integrated ERP solution, enhancing data consistency and efficiency. The implementation of Purchase, Inventory, Hotel Management, POS, Accounting, and Odoo Intuit Flow (EBM Connector) streamlined processes across departments. It optimized inventory tracking, automated purchase workflows, simplified room and guest management, and ensured seamless POS integration for the restaurant and gift shop. Additionally, automated financial operations, provided accurate real-time insights, significantly improving operational consistency and decision-making.

We successfully transitioned QUINCAILLERIE BETA from manual operations to a fully automated system, with a focus on optimizing stock management. By implementing Odoo and integrating five essential modules :CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting we enabled them to efficiently manage a stock of over 1,500 products. This streamlined their business processes and significantly improved overall operational efficiency. Additionally, the system has helped the company organize the team by assigning individual tasks and responsibilities, thereby facilitating the segregation of duties.
