AI4R is a rapidly growing software company founded by the owners of Sjoebie, aiming to modernize its internal processes. After finding Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) outdated, they are transitioning to Odoo to gain greater flexibility and autonomy in process design. KPMG was already involved as a fiscal advisor and they decided to choose them to manage their Odoo implementation. The company operates internationally and wants to handle much of the setup independently, with the expectation of guidance during configuration and training.
