- Document Validation: Third parties receive a checklist by email and send their documentation back.
- Indicators: A color system (green, yellow, and red) shows the status of each document.
- Centralized Management: All documentation is digitally stored in Odoo, eliminating the use of paper and spreadsheets.
Thanks to this automation, VKMEDSEG won seven new bids at once. The agility, organization, and control provided by Odoo allowed the company to outperform competitors and grow in the market.
