Hi, I am trying to sell tickets online for a park. So the event module is not working, as an event has an end date and I need to always sell tickets.
Apart from that I have a transportation system that I would like to sell as optional to the tickets, but the transportation has limited capacity and preset schedules. How can I make these functions work? thank you very much for your help.

Appointment provides the ability to sell a specific date and time and limit qty to sell as well.
While the events app provides varied levels of tickets for an event.
Am not certain about the specific case you are referring to in your question. If the reference is to the post, then the suggestion was to use appointments app for selling transportation as it has limited capacity and time.
You might want to consider using the appointments app for transportation tickets.
It allows for publishing specific times and limit the number of tickets per appointment time.
For the park ticket sales you could use regular e-commerce or appointments if the tickets have a specific date or even events (have the event end date in future)
