The client, an e-commerce company using Shopify, was facing growing operational complexity as order volumes increased. Fulfillment and invoicing processes were fragmented and largely manual, resulting in delays, repetitive tasks, and limited visibility over product stock and order status.

We implemented Odoo as a centralized system to streamline operations. Orders are now automatically pulled from Shopify into Odoo, where inventory is updated, fulfillment is managed, and invoices are generated — all from a single platform. We also integrated the InPost shipping flow to simplify and speed up logistics.

The client now benefits from a faster, more reliable order handling process with significantly reduced manual work and improved data consistency. The Odoo system provides them with real-time visibility over orders and inventory, better customer service capabilities, and a scalable infrastructure that supports business growth without increasing operational overhead.

The first phase is expected to complete by the end of this week. One risk identified is limited availability from key client-side contacts, particularly Dimy, which may affect timelines. Although no immediate expansion plans are confirmed, the current system provides a solid base for extending Odoo to other departments as new needs emerge.
