When I use the command line --dev=all or --dev=xml sometimes I got this error :
XMLSyntaxError: PCDATA invalid char value 24 line xxxx column xxx

when I remove the command line --dev=xxx all going well..
sometime I find that the problem is a white space or Enter
I use ubuntu 20.04
