Would like to Reset my "Chart of Accounts" (no entries yet) but Partners and Products in.

Question

I have a "fresh" install with Partners, Products and Product Categories are imported.
I have been doing a "migration" through import/export and thought that by choosing Configurable Chart, I could easily bring my last Chart in. It was based upon one of the US Charts (I need to check in fact).
Basically, there are no Entries Right now. Can I Clear and Reset my chart Setup? Can I modifiy the Configurable to Match what I had? Is this something I can simply import and throw a switch on?

In the end the Path was indeed creating a New Database and then importing data sets into it. Second time around on this I learned how to properly "pre tag" and how to assign products to categories during the import.
For me the US Chart off accounts / Product Sales Version (I still need to understand the secondary part of the template application but it worked so lets move on). I then added some view categories to more line up with our pre-existing chart. Will fine tune that before we start purch

If you need to "reset" your account chart, that can be not easy, you must delete all properties created from partners and product.
Then you can does what you need with your chart, i recommend you use mass_editing module to update accounts in partners and products.
