I'm working with the document module. By default there is a "All sale order" forlder per ressource. It's assume to store file that are attached to sale order in the appropriate virtual folder. Unfortunately it is saved with no directory in the Knowledge document list. Is there any reason to this?

Actually I didn't understood correctly the behaviour of the virtual folder. reading the documentation explain that what I've considered as an issue is normal.
1. Use the live chat to ask your questions.

I precise that with document FTP, the file are represented in the correct folder when browsed through a ftp client
