Why OdooBot assign Order or Invoice to other user ?

Question

As administrator, I constantly receive message from OdooBot(I did change the name to ServiceBot) which assign me Orders or Invoice? It is kind of annoying since I do not want it assign me any order and all the messages are kind of spam. Is there any way to avoid this?
The message like this:

Dear Administrator,
You have been assigned to the Sale Order SO20021013640.
View Sale Order
And I am using odoo12

By default Odoo it will add the create user as the follower of the saleorder/invoice.
you will only get this notification if you as an administrator are the one who creates the saleorder/invoice, if another user creates the  saleorder/invoice you  shouldn't   get any notification.
are you getting the notification even if you didn't create the saleorder/invoice.?
