Why in "Odoo saas~17.4+e (Enterprise Edition)" Settings > Technical > Automation Rules > Model > Sales Order "Apply on" option is not available for online version???




Whereas, on an SH client I have the same option there as viewed below image. Is this option only available for Odoo SH users?

This may be a limitation of access to the Odoo Online database, I would proceed to create a ticket to the support team. This may be normal since Odoo Online generally has limited resources available, unlike SH which is more complete.

I advise you to confirm this with the support person.
