Hi, Still have some questions about above module

Could I disable 'duration' field because when I for example set 5 days 'sick time off' on 18th of August in duration he sets in calendar 5 days on the same day and not 18-19-22-23-24 august instead? but he deducts 5 days off the sick time off. He does the same for legal holidays or other days. So Could I disable the duration field for employees?

Second: could i also set that there isn't a possibility to set holidays in the weekends but only during weekdays?

Last: still did not found how to receive as manager a notice/mail when an employee requests a holiday?
