Is there any documentation/manual for the plugin?

Hi Erik, 

Have you got any solution to the Thunderbird MAC issues you addressed earlier with nothing happening when you press connect after having entering the connection details such as databse, user and so on?

I have the same problem, and I dont know if it is a mac issue or an app issue in general.

Would be glad to hear if it has worked out for you and in that case how.
