How do I set up an automatic email reminder in the subscription module 14 days before the subscription ends?

I set it in SUBSCRIPTIONS > AUTOMATIC RULES

I provide:

action = send e-mail to client

trigger = time, subscription_end_date, -14 days

The trigger is incorrect, despite the subscription end date, i.e. the next invoice date on 12/2025, the message is sent.

Problems:

1) despite the e-mail being on the list in the subscription card, it does not physically reach the mailbox

2) the trigger is incorrect, despite the subscription end date, i.e. the next invoice date on 12/2025, the message is sent - and it is not 14 days earlier

I think I am setting the wrong trigger?
