After creating an email template for a client how can l save the template, so I can resends it to others?

Hello Tawamba,
To create an e-mail template you need to enable the technical features (In Odoo 10 you can find these under settings). When the technical features are enabled navigate to Settings > Email > Templates. Here you can create your template just the way you like it to be and save this to the category of mail you want. Once this is all configured you can use this template in other mails.
