Push notification

Oddo version 12
In system --->General settings --->Odoo cloud notification (OCN)                                                                                                                                                                                              is checked. After that also i didn't receive any notification in my mobile.
In mobile all the notification also enable and not receiving any notification. Kindly help how to fix this.
