I have a thermal printer with paper size of 80*210 where and I want to print the list of barcodes of product in it.
But the problem is that , i cant seem to fit the barcode perfectly in this size, the pdf generated on printing labels is A4 size so it wont convert perfectly to printer size .
How can I manage this?

You can try creating a custom paper format that will adapt to your printer and use this paper format for your PDF.
Activate the developer mode and go to Settings > Technical > Paper Format

How can I also remove the price and the product name from the paper and only show the bar code of the product here?
you will have to do customisation for this in the barcode print report, enable the developer mode, goto settings -> technical -> reports, find the report and locate the specific xml line which displays the product name and price, comment this part and try. FYI, its recommended to do this by creating a custom module
