We are having an outlook 365 email account which is working as we expected in odoo10 as outgoing email server.

But the same email is not getting connected in odoo11 community as well in enterprise version. It is throwing below error

Connection Test Failed! Here is what we got instead:5005.3.3 Unrecognized command 'b2Rvb0B0ZW50aHBsYW5ldC5pbg==' [BN6PR12CA0034.namprd12.prod.outlook.com]

We are not having any restrictions in this email.

Are we having different smtp client library for odoo 10 and 11. Please clarify
