Can I design my own report from OpenERP Report Designer module?? If not what is the purpose of that module??

Hi,
Report Designer module adds wizards to Import/Export .sxw report that you can modify in OpenOffice. Once you have modified it you can upload the report using the same wizard. Using OpenOffice, you can design custom report.
