Hello - I am a newbie here, trying to navigate Odoo. I want to set up my POS to sell my print products. When a purchase is made, the production gets a notification. They then produce the product, and the inventory (paper) is reduced by however many are required to print the job. For example, a business card is printed on a 13 x 19 sheet of paper, and we get 24 cards from one sheet. So an order of 100 business cards will reduce the 13 x 19 inventory by five. It should also account for five printouts or ten, depending on whether we print on the front and back.
I got the point of sale to work and even built a BOM, but when the order is placed in the POS, I am unsure where it goes to be made. I can not find it.
In a perfect world, it would automatically go to To-Do as a task to manufacture the product assigned to production. Because we have to build it, we should also have the customer get a ticket so that we can notify them when the item is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
Maybe this is a lot, but I can see all this happening within the ecosystem; if not, please advise. If so, please point me in the right direction. I got eight days left on my trial.
Thanks,
Jason

Hello,
You need to set products as to manufacture
And all quantity of products included in bom should be available
Plus you need to set up route
