It includes hundreds of business apps:
one of our customers is using Odoo.SH and they connect the bank sync through plaid. Recently user noticed that some of the bank transactions synced in only shows debit or credit, rather than check number. But some are working well. What would be the cause of this issue? Should we contact Odoo or Plaid side?
