i need to use some feature in odoo 12 and function transfer employee to user in this plugin \https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/11.0/user_creation_from_employee/
but this plugin not support odoo 12.
if installed. Is there a problem?

Hi,
Seems you are asking whether the v11 module will work in v12? For this an answer cant be given without checking. What you can do is that, install the open hrms modules then, take this v11 module and see whether it will work in v12 or not. if it is not compatible you may have to adjust the code accordingly.
Also there is a module in v12, check whether this satisfy what you looks for: Open HRMS Employees From User
