I have the version: Odoo 10.0

I am a beginner on odoo and I would like to remove the orders, the sessions and the sales details because I created them on the "point of sale" and validating and for the moment impossible to erase them.

When I try to delete a line I have an error message:

"Before you can delete a sale, it must be in the 'New' or 'Canceled' state."

I tried to install it "Cancel Journal Entries" but could not find "Allow write cancellation" or "Allow Canceling Entries" in "Accounting"

For the moment I am blocked,
