I have one situation that there were one link showing in form view

like this so i just want to change this link as name or some simple word.Actually i don't want this bigger links. i want to show a simple name and works like link. How i can able to do that? does anyone have idea?

You need to add in .xml file like this

<field name="url_link" widget="url" text="Link"/>
