How do I set up bank accounts in multi currency; on the accounting app in configuration under settings I dont see the tab to click for multi currencies as is shown in the odoo documentation

see attached - in settings under configuration in accounting app my screen shows something different and I dont see the accounting & finance part at all

From the dropbox link, I can see that you are on right track.
Go to Accounting module -> Configuration -> Setting and enable “Allow multi currencies”, then click on Apply.
