I am using marketing automation and made a campaign

The Child campaign

The First one work's fine but second one show exception with no Error message so this is the default code no customization so I am not sure what I am doing wrong here
Things I have tried:- Reinstall marketing automation
- Change time to 1 hour on both - parent and child campaign
- Options other than on opened email on child campaign
