I am facing an issue with Many2one and Many2many fields in Odoo. When I click on the field dropdown displays all rec_names correctly. However, if I try to select an item using a mouse click, nothing gets selected. Interestingly, if I type a few letters of the value, it gets selected properly. Can anyone help me understand and resolve this issue?

Which odoo version sir and do you have any custom module because this behavior is odd and maybe u have some chrome extension ?
