Do u mean the color of every user ?
I don't think it can personalize the the color for every user,
but I directly edit the hard coded color palette in addons/web_calendar/static/src/js/calendar.js, about line 42, COLOR_PALETTE.
if do so, you need to save a backup of the COLOR_PALETTE, and restore it whenever you upgrade the openERP....
