In my custom odoo payroll module, followed error is confronted

How can i resolve the above issue. Its urgent, can anyone lend a helping hand.

to solve this problem from the payroll module > configuration > to salary rules for basic (salary). on the accounting tab add the journal used. for example from youtube [https://youtu.be/6hS5AsCjC0M?t=76] here it uses the BANK journal. after that confirm for the payslip`In my custom odoo payroll module, followed error is confronted
