Invalid field 'module_attachment_indexation' on model 'res.config.settings'

Question

I added the menu "Invoicing/Accounting" to a user under the "Groups / Technical / Show Full Accounting Features / Menu" settings.
After this, the menu showed up in their profile and all seemed ok.
Then I noticed I couldn't make changes to any settings.  I keep getting the "
RPC_ERROR Odoo Server Error" which sums down to an invalid field:
ValueError: Invalid field 'module_attachment_indexation' on model 'res.config.settings'

I tried removing the menu which was the last change prior to this erro

This was an error from another app that had somehow got half installed. Fault resolved.
