how to work a many to one field in a table(2 columns) in each column?

i have a table with 2 columns..

when i select one item from first column,then the second column must select an item that is already done settings...and also these same procedure should take place in the case of second column and item...

Define */onchange /*methods for each fields that depend on change your filds. When you change any field then inside method you can setup other fields.
