Hi,
you can use the following command. do the necessary changes like path of the bin and name and path of the conf file.
python ./odoo-bin -c /etc/odoo/openerp-server-10.conf
Or if you are looking for the installation of Odoo 10 using Ubuntu terminal you can use the following installation script.
