On V12 :
You need to be in debug and in the list of views search for : Footer Copyright
=> Deactivate it
To remove the create a free website:
=> Go on the list of views and search in the architecture view for " o_brand_promotion"
Then create an inherited view with this:
on v15 it is in several places.
For the mass mailing layout it is in mass_mailing.layout
and there is the footer section where you have to deactivate it with commenting !-- --
