How to modify followers on vendor bills and customer invoices

Hi,
We are using Odoo Online for accounting (and many other things).
Our accountant also has a login to our Odoo, and she would like to send messages to us for example when she spots an error on how a vendor bill was booked by our secretary.
How can we let our accountant send messages related to vendor bills, customer invoices, etc. without vendors or customers receiving a copy of these messages?
Is there a way to manually change the followers on a vendor bill?
Or is it possible to change how Od

You can use 'log note' to send these messages. There, you can even @mention another user, which will make this appear under the 'discuss' item (talk bubbles in the upper right corner).
