Cisco has some part numbers that define service contracts.
example: CON-SNTP-IE2000GE
This part number can be for 12, 24 or 36 months, with the same part number.
When we create a RFQ or Sale Order, we have to define the duration of the service of this part number.
We don't know how to do it. Any ideas?
