how can i get statement of account in party or transaction wise?

Hi, I found an app suppose to provide this function. https://www.odoo.com/apps/7.0/account_billing/ however i can't seem to get it working.
I cannot see any invoices to be billed when try to create a statement of account. you may try and see.
