how to check revision of my addons and server

Question

i found error such on this link :

such as Mayur said on that:
* This issue is Fixed in this revision *
* Addons = 6118 *
* Revision ID: <email address hidden> *
* Server = 3911
*
but , i don't know how to check the rev both my addons and server of openerp

Hello henro,
Tracking issues in Launchpad and having the source tree in different repositories, 'server', 'addons' and 'web' (all in Bazaar/Launchpad) predates the 8.0 release when the project migrated to GitHub.
Unless you are effectively using v6.1 or v7.0, I would suggest you also search your issue on GitHub to verify if it is also tracked/resolved there.
The 'addons' revision referenced is included both in v6.1 and v7.0, but not in v6.0 (latest revision is 5621 in addons-v6.0):
