How do you change real quantity when the product is validated on Inventory Adjustment Tab?

Question

I'm using Odoo enterprise 9.0 and I tried to modify sample product's quantity.
I changed Quantity on hand from 0 to 99.
1. What does Quantity on Hand do?
Also I found out there is theoretical and real quantity on Inventory Adjustment tab.
2. What are they? and What are the difference between those two?
Last one I want to ask you guys is
3. How do you change the real or theoretical quantity after the product status is validated?

1- Quantity on hand is real quantity in stock that can used it
2- Theoretical quantity is quantity on the system that you want to adjust it, and Real Quantity is actual quantity that  in real stock
3- After validation , You can not change real or theoretical quantity but you can do new Inventory adjustment
