Go into to the website section, go into to the Shop, click on Customize at the top bar, it will open a menu, there you can enable Product Categories.
I know that section, but I want customize Shop page like this video :

For display product category in "shop" either you need to do customization or one module is available in odoo will fullfill your requirement.
