How can I create different journals for different companies in a multi company situation?
1) Enable Multi Company support for the database:
Settings -> Configuration -> General Settings
2) Give your admin user permissions to Manage Multi-Company:
Settings -> Users -> Users
(Access Rights tab)
3) On each Journal, you will now see a Company field:
