I need to convert my Helpdesk tickets to tasks in bulk instead of creating them one by one.

You can do it by following these steps:
1. Go to the List View.
2. Select the desired tickets.
3. Click on Actions and then select Convert to Task.
4. the define in which Project and Stage these tickets will be converted into tasks.
