Glass Sold by Dimensions in Sales Module (Width and Hight)

Dear all,
In odoo17 EE I am encountering some challenges with the use of Units of Measure (UOM) in the Sales

Some products are sold based on width and height in m2. For instance:
Purchased as sheets (e.g., 2m x 9m, 6m x 6m). These need to be sold in a way that reflects accurate inventory deductions. Sell in m2  Could anyone please advise on how to address these scenarios? I am open to considering customization or apps.

Hi,
We previously handled a similar project for a glass manufacturing facility with specific customizations. When generating a purchase order, we will input the width and length, allowing the system to automatically calculate the area in square meters (m2). In inventory, it will be recorded as m2. During sales, we will have the flexibility to enter the product's width and length, and the stock will be adjusted accordingly in m2.
