Filling form fields in an existing PDF (CMR)

Question

I need to generate a CMR document.
There are templates online like this one:

https://impargo.de/static/images/blog/cmr/PDF/CMR-PDF-template-english.pdf [1]

It contains a formfields. Is there a way to do this in Odoo with the included pdf libraries or i need to use other python pdf libraries ?
