Is it possible to add in skills which employee knows how to use each equipment? For instance how to drive a machine, how to work with a specific equipment, etc.

Hello,
In the standard Odoo, there is no option to link the skills of equipment with Employee. But you can create different equipment or machines as Skill Type in the Employee module and link that in the Employee Profile.
