Hello Nuha,
You can use pyglet library of python for that and play any media file by writing three lines of code and also a Snack Sound Toolkit too.
You can easily find out above online.
Hope it will works for you.
Your Method will not meet nuha's demands. The sound be played on server. But the client user could not hear it
