Hello,

I’m starting to learn how to use Odoo’s spreadsheet feature, mainly to calculate some ratios and get a clearer view of my window cleaning business.

Right now, I’d like to calculate my LTV (how much revenue an average client generates during the time they remain a client). To do this, I want to use my invoices in a spreadsheet. The issue is that I provide both one-shot services and subscriptions (billed monthly or annually, not per service). If subscription invoices and one-shot invoices are mixed together, I can’t calculate the frequency correctly.

If there were a way to differentiate subscription invoices from the rest, it would solve the problem — but I can’t find which filter or field I could use to hide/show only subscription invoices.

Any ideas?

custom filter > Account move line > Product > Subscription product is 'set' for invoices with subscription product and 'not set' for invoices with other products

If you are filtering Sale orders then filter by 'Recurring'

Hi,

On invoices, you can filter by Account Move Line → Product → Subscription Product: if it is set, the invoice comes from a subscription product, and if it is not set, the invoice is for a one-shot service. Similarly, on sales orders, you can filter by Recurring = True to identify subscriptions and Recurring = False for one-shot sales. This way you can clearly separate subscription revenue from one-shot revenue, ensuring your LTV calculation in Odoo Spreadsheet is accurate.

To get the sales orders, apply the following filter in the sales module.

To get the invoices, use the following filter.

Hope it helps
