In that keypad, in outlook, the "," is a "." , using excel, the "," is used as a ",". Now, in 13, in all the company, odoo put a "." in stead of a ","; what means , a thousands separator in stead off a decimal separater; With a lots of mistakes. Odoo provide decimal places and thousand separate in luangage cofiguration. You can set according to need in your language-
