hello everyone,

i'm in trouble with my account. at the moment the db is locked.

i cannot understand the reason, i have 28 users who use only time traking app, i have installed the customer service app for few days in free tryal and after that i have unistalled it.

this morning the db was locked, but i don't understand why, we are using only one app and it should be free right?

any suggestion?
